When You don't know how to do something you get someone who does. You don't tell people what it is you think is best and demote or fire them not agreeing with you and pointing out how things actually go. And could and would go wrong. And after the fact when everything has fallen to shit. You don't run your ass around calling them naysayers and I told you so's.
